John Merrill, Sr served two terms as President of the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of REALTORS ®, once in 1959 and again in 1975.  John, Sr. retired in 1985.  His son, Tom, succeeded him as President of the Company. Tom served a term as President of the Association in 1993.
